Biking wear
Without trying to be patronising... please be sure to wear suitable clothing for the warm weather. This is on the basis of my own experience a few years ago riding in southern France. I spent 7 days in my personal sauna and was not nice to know. Make sure your suit is well-ventilated. In the hottest weather I wear a Hein Gericke Air Jacket which is fantastic at letting hot air out and cool air in. In spite of the hot weather I NEVER venture out without protective clothing.

Accompanied Tours
We are happy either to provide suggested routes with map references and sat nav co-ordinates or alternatively I can lead or accompany ride-outs. Please note that for insurance and liability purposes we have to stress that individuals are responsible for their own safety on rides at all times and no liability can be accepted for an individual's safety on ride-outs.
Ride-outs are arranged with adequate rest breaks to enable riders to re-group and to avoid legal complications, rides are conducted at road-legal speeds. If individual riders wish to go quicker than this they should be able to find their way from comprehensive directions provided.
